I’m an HR professional with over 3 years of work experience. I have largely worked in areas like Generalist HR, induction & on-boarding, performance management, employee engagement, attrition management and learning and development.
I have also managed campus recruitment and management trainee and internship programs.

My current work assignment is with Ahaan Consulting. As a consultant I design and deliver training modules for clients across a variety of sectors including construction, manufacturing and online trade. I have also gained a good exposure to designing job descriptions and competency mapping in my current job.

I did my graduation in economics from the Mumbai University and full time MBA in Human Resources from Welingkar institute, Mumbai.
